How Much Should a Termite Treatment Cost?

The exact cost of a termite job is impossible to estimate without actually seeing the building that is to be treated. Many factors, such as the size of the building, severity of the infestation, and difficulty of the job, can influence pricing. This online Estimator is designed to provide a rough estimate, based upon some of the more common factors affecting termite treatment prices.

To calculate your termite treatment estimate, our server needs some basic information. Please answer the following questions to the best of your knowledge:

What kind of foundation does your building have?

Floating Slab (If you have a slab foundation but don't know what type, then leave this checked)

Do you have a slab with heat vents and/or ceramic floor tiles?

Size of the Building

Estimates are more accurate when calculated using linear feet (the total distance around the perimeter of your home or building). Remember to add in any detached garages or other outbuildings that you wish to protect. In general, all permanent structures on your property that contain structural wood probably should be treated (unless they have previously been treated and show no signs of reinfestation).
